Alexa Galli
Alexa Galli is a senior at the University of South Florida, soon to graduate with a B.A. in English Professional and Technical Communication and a minor in Religious Studies. She is a co-editor-in-chief for The Scribe and the president of Sigma Tau Delta’s Omega Mu chapter. She is also a member of USF’s English Honors program and has a passion for all things reading and writing. Outside of writing and editing literary analyses, Alexa can be found watching movies, spending time with family and friends, and sewing.

Sophia Gerneck
Sophia Gerneck is a full-time student at the University of South Florida, pursuing a B.A. in English Literary Studies with a minor in Professional and Technical Communication. As an Associate Editor for Bookstr and Co-Editor in Chief for The Scribe, she has a background in editorial work, specializing in literary analysis, content development, and publicity. When she is not writing or analyzing texts, she enjoys reading the latest fantasy novels and spending time with her loved ones.

Adriana Hartman
Adriana Hartman is a senior majoring in English with a Literary Studies concentration as well as minoring in both Sociology and Professional & Technical Communication. She is an editor and social media assistant for The Scribe in addition to working as a part-time editor and administrative assistant for Richter Publishing. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, and going to the beach with friends.

Kayla Esenberg
Kayla Esenberg is a senior at the University of South Florida, majoring in English with a concentration in Literary Studies. She plans to pursue a career in law after completing her bachelor's degree. Kayla is the founder and president of Shelling and Shoreline Society at USF, a member of Phi Alpha Delta, where she serves on the Professional Development Committee, and an editor for USF's Undergraduate Law Review. With a passion for literature and a commitment to fostering community, she is dedicated to exploring the intersection of language and advocacy.

Gio Dellaria
Gio is an enthusiastic reader and an even more enthusiastic writer! An English literature major with a goal of becoming a librarian, they have an affinity for the written word that runs deep. They are extremely proud to be an editor for The Scribe, and they look forward to reading more incredible student work!

Kaitlyn Johnson
Kaitlyn Johnson is a senior at the University of South Florida. She is majoring in English Literature, and minoring in Deaf Studies. She has always loved reading, writing, and analyzing literature. It is her goal to earn her degree and work as an editor in a publishing house to help bring different writers’ dreams to life in the form of novels.

North Ceely
North Ceely is a sophomore on the creative writing track and an aspiring author. While growing up in the Tampa area, North spent their time absorbed in any sci-fi or fantasy book they could get their hands on. Currently, North enjoys spending their days beta-reading, drinking tea, and daydreaming about fictional scenarios.

Jumaanah Gibbs
Jumaanah is a sophomore undergraduate student majoring in Creative Writing. She's also a digital artist and an aspiring author. She is passionate about fictional stories ranging from feel-good fantasy adventure to the dark, gothic, and occult. She enjoys spending her time doing digital art, playing RPG games, and writing what will be her first self-published novel.

Skye Seibel
Skye Seibel is an English Literature major with a passion for reading and writing. She hopes to continue her studies with a master’s in library science to fulfill her childhood dream of becoming a librarian. Outside of academics, she enjoys traveling and exploring creative outlets in art and personal projects. Skye is excited to join The Scribe Magazine as an editor and looks forward to helping shape the work featured in Volume 2.

Every spring semester, we open a Google Form for editor applications. These applications are open to all USF students who are interested in gaining editorial experience, reviewing literary work, and being part of a passion-driven team.
